Students who did not finish their editorial cartoons in class need to finish them up at home. There will be a test coming up very shortly on this chapter, so students need to begin preparing. IT will be on Wednesday, May 25. Students also need to start reviewing for finals. I gave out the first set of terms today, students should use them for review.

Students need to start gathering the material for their career poster together. They are expected to bring some of the gathered material to school for the next class. They are to choose a profession, make a title, gather a picture(s), gather info on salary, where the job prospects are, info on the job skills, education required, etc. THIS MATERIAL WILL BE REQUIRED FOR MONDAY AND TUESDAY'S CLASSES.

Students will soon be getting an assignment relating to what career they would be interested in doing when they graduate. They will be responsible for doing some research AT HOME OR AT THE PUBLIC LIBRARY. If they cannot get access to a computer at either of these places, then they will need to set up a time at lunch or on Monday or Wednesday after school. The details for the assignment will be given out later.

We have now finished with Religion for the time being and will focus on completing the Real Game over the next two weeks. By January 31 we will be back to Social Studies for some time and do another Religion unit before or around Easter.
