We will be starting a Religion Unit this week, so Social Studies will be at a stand-still for a period of time.

Don't forget to review for your test on Friday on Chapter 3. Also you need to keep track of the money you have spent until Monday. You are required to hand in a list of how much money you spent and on what items from yesterday after school until Monday. Type or print/write neatly in blue/black ink and hand in with a cover page.

I have asked that students take the time to look at some of the images depicted/shown on some of the businesses that are similar to their job descriptions. They may access a variety by checking on the internet. For example; if they are a computer analysis, they could look up businesses that fall under this category.

Students are looking for a symbol, design, or a picture to place on their business cards.

Students have an assignment that is due on Oct 13, next Wednesday. They have to write an essay describing their best qualities. One of these qualities should be selected from the REAL GAME list in their notebooks. The assignment has to have five paragraphs with at least four to five sentences in each paragraph. Paragraph one has to be their introduction, the body should have a paragraph for each character trait, which will consist of three paragraphs, and the fifth paragraph will be the conclusion.
